Job Summary : Saracen Compliance are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability manage project timelines effectively. This role involves collaborating with contract managers to ensure that all project scheduling needs are met while maintaining efficiency within the supply chain systems.
Responsibilities
- Management of works diary and contract managers' diaries.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather necessary information for accurate scheduling.
- Liaising with contract management team.
- Scheduling engineers to deliver works with clear communication of requirements of projects.
- Liaising with clients to arrange attendance and access requirements.
- Ensuring maximum efficiency of operating teams.
- Support Office Manager with various administration tasks.
- Reporting directly to the Operations Director.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project scheduling and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to have oversight of a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
