Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Zappie, you will take the lead in coordinating people and processes to ensure the flawless execution of projects. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving aptitude will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Execution:
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
- Utilise appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Stakeholder Management:
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Documentation and Communication:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling customer and company data.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay organised and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, providing a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously seek ways to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Knowledge of telemarketing best practices and compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the telecoms or tech industry.

Remuneration Package:
- £25,000-£30,000 DOE
