Progress Tutor (Temporary Maternity Cover)
Responsible to: Lead Progress Tutor
Responsible for: Overall academic progress, attendance, personal development, welfare, and successful progression to university or employment.
Salary: Inspire Support Band F. Actual salary is on a 4-point scale between £22,737.42 to £23,878.13 (FTE £29,540 to £31,022)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 185 days per year, 33 hours per week
Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School.
Based at Thomas Rotherham College, the candidate will support student development, including academic progress, personal growth, and wellbeing. The role involves monitoring attendance and progress, providing guidance and support, and delivering group tutorials and individual mentoring.
We would be looking to commence cover from 1 st September 2025 for a maximum period of 1 year.
