About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Worker to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks. You will be responsible for running and monitoring a coating machine as part of our busy production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the coating machine according to job specifications
- Monitor output and ensure consistent quality throughout production
- Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old or over (due to machinery operation regulations)
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to work on your feet and carry out manual tasks
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
Full training will be provided on the coating machine.
Additional pay:
- Monthly Bonus Scheme (monetary)
- Weekly Bonus Scheme (early finish on Fridays)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Temporary full-time role for around 6 weeks

Pay: £19,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
