Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Chauffeur to provide exceptional transportation services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for transporting our Executives in our company vehicles to various destinations while ensuring their safety, comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
These journeys will mostly originate from our office in South East London, and travel all around UK and Ireland and Mainland EU. Overnight stays away from home will be paid for, and allowances will be provided.
Work will be required on some weekends, but this is notified as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be obligated to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
If the candidate performa well during the contract there is possibility to take this person on as a full-time employee.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their designated locations in a timely manner.
- Punctuality and smart appearance.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues promptly.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with passengers, addressing any concerns or requests during the journey.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies while driving.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption as required.
Skills
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial driving capacity. Other private chauffeur or private hire vehicles.
- Delivery driver experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with their belongings.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and understand their needs.
