We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small, supportive team working in a modern glasshouse facility. Key Duties
- Mechanised harvesting of fresh produce
- Weighing and moving trays
- Operating the sowing machine
- Using a computer system for harvesting and sowing (full training provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery
- Operating a forklift truck (FLT) – valid FLT experience required
What We Are Looking For
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Someone who is comfortable with early starts and physical work
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- FLT experience and confidence in handling equipment
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 6 AM – finish (usually by 3 PM)
- Saturday: 6 AM – 12 PM
- No late nights – enjoy your afternoons free
