- Demonstrate aptitude from previous experience, preferably in a production environment.
- Proficient in the use of machinery, tools, and equipment
- Health & Safety Awareness
- Commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to use initiative.
- Manual handling awareness
What will your role look like?
- Adherence to Health & Safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Utilise machinery, equipment, and tools throughout different processes to produce the final product.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Verify the product against the works order documents, labels, and drawings. Report any ambiguities to management.
- Perform manual handling tasks.
- Maintain clean and tidy work areas, reporting any Health & Safety matters to management.
- Communicate any issues that may cause delays in meeting deadlines to management promptly.
