Production Operative – Food Manufacturing
Winchester | £12.50 per hour | Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our client’s busy food manufacturing team in Winchester. This is a great opportunity for individuals with previous food production or FMCG experience – training will also be provided for the right candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate production equipment and follow recipes accurately
- Maintain strict hygiene standards – “clean as you go”
- Perform quality checks and complete necessary paperwork
- Work collaboratively as part of an efficient production team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous food manufacturing or FMCG experience (preferred, not essential)
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage
Hours: Monday to Friday (Day shifts starting between 06:00 – 10:00)
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
