The Role
We’re looking for a Product Specialist who will play a key role in helping clients adopt and use our software effectively. You’ll support the successful implementation of new systems, respond to helpdesk enquiries, and act as a key link between our customers, product team, and developers.
This is a great fit for someone who has completed a relevant apprenticeship or degree and has around two years of experience in a customer-facing technical or software support role. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior Product Specialist or Project Manager role as you develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and rollout of software for new clients
- Provide first and second-line support, resolving customer issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Analyse and troubleshoot system queries, working with developers when required
- Support data imports, user training, and initial onboarding for new implementations
- Maintain and improve help documentation and product guides
- Capture feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions
- Test new features and updates before deployment
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant apprenticeship or degree in IT, Computing, Software Engineering, or similar
- Around 2 years of experience in software support, customer success, or implementation roles
- A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Technical confidence — able to learn software systems quickly and explain them clearly
- Problem-solving ability and good attention to detail
- Experience with data handling or querying is a plus, but not essential
- Comfortable working independently or in a small team environment
