In EMEA Product & Supplier Management, across all categories and market P&SM teams, there are common commercial processes with significant opportunities for increased technology enabled standardization and optimization. The Digital Product & Process Owner is accountable for developing and owning products and applications which enables and drives increased commercial excellence and efficiency across the commercial category teams. This will include but not be limited to the development of a Supplier Relationship Management solution and process, as well as standardising our approach to developing, executing and tracking impact of our category and supplier strategies. In addition to working with the Senior Product owner on applications to introduce and maintain the solutions required to achieve their change roadmap. Through this responsibility, they are directly facilitating our range expansion and acquisition of high value customer strategic pillars. For their product and domain, the Product Owner has ultimate accountability for getting the right stuff done and ensuring the business understands what, how and why. This includes people and business management of a focused team of developers to enable agile and accelerated delivery of agreed product roadmaps.


Hybrid – office attendance is Project dependant.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Standardise Category and Supplier Strategy / Plan technology and process
  • Establish customer needs for your product domain.
  • Establish the role of your product domain in achieving company and category needs and create its long-term strategy for accomplishing these.
  • Develop the product roadmap required to holistically deliver that strategy.
  • Define the Objectives and KPIs for your product domain.
  • Own, drive and oversee the development of your product to achieve the outcomes our customer’s needs.
  • Contract Management.

About you:

  • Understanding of the basics of software development.
  • Should be obsessively data driven in their decision making and effortlessly assess processes at a macro and micro level.
  • Confidently defining how to accurately measure success.
  • Effectively able to communicate at all levels. While all decisions should be led by the data, not all communications should and demonstrable ability to bring challenging stakeholders on side is vital.
  • Customer focus – Should hold the customer needs as sacrosanct and recognise the difference between these needs and what is asked for, and crucially, able to demonstrate bringing people on the journey with you.
