Join Our Team
As a Procurement Officer, you’ll be an integral part of our Procurement team, helping us achieve our strategy by managing supplier performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement across our supply chain.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing (full details in the job description):
- Build and manage supplier relationships to secure best value, compliance, and innovation
- Support contract negotiations and ensure procurement policy adherence
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and drive service improvements
- Coordinate procurement for site acquisitions, disposals, and capital projects
- Promote sustainability and ESG objectives through responsible sourcing
- Manage procurement operations in line with ISO9001 requirements
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous process improvements
You’ll report into the Procurement Manager and work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers, playing a key role in keeping our services efficient, sustainable, and compliant.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive Procurement Officer who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management skills. You’ll be able to demonstrate:
Previous procurement experience in a similar role
Proven experience in managing and working with suppliers
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Financially and commercially astute, with a focus on adding value and driving improvements

It would also be great if you have:
- CIPS qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience with Business Central 365 and Microsoft products
- An interest in sustainable procurement and ESG initiatives
