Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing educational environment. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, engaging, and stimulating atmosphere that promotes the development of children aged 3 to 5 years. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning.
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment where children feel safe and valued.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Manage classroom behaviour and dynamics to ensure a positive learning experience for all students.
- Observe and assess each child's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
- Drive engagement through interactive activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational programme.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the classroom to provide an optimal learning space.
Qualifications
- A degree or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early childhood education.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
