The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Pre-Sales Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring the smooth coordination of project bids, and helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Bid Coordination: Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of pre-sales project bids, from initial inquiry to final submission. This includes liaising with sales, technical, and engineering teams to gather necessary information, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Timeline Management: Monitor and track sales project timelines, proactively identifying potential delays and working with relevant stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Sales Documentation Production: Create, edit, and format professional sales documentation, including proposals, presentations, tenders, and other client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate project information, client interactions, and sales pipeline data.
- Marketing Support: Provide support to the marketing team, which may include assisting with content distribution, and general marketing initiatives.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding pre-sales project progress and information requests.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Skills & Experience:
- Ideally, you’ll have some experience in a project coordination or administrative role, ideally within a technical or engineering-focused environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work produced.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong willingness to learn about data centre cooling technology.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
