Unbranded Digital is a people-first agency based in Bradford. We specialise in Search and Digital but are expanding into PPC and need the right person to help drive performance and growth in this area of the agency.
Unbranded Digital was founded 10 years ago, and has a range of clients across manufacturing, B2B and service-based businesses.
The Role
As a PPC Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our high-performing ad campaigns. You’ll work with a talented team of creatives, copywriters, and search strategists to launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Your analytical mindset and technical curiosity will drive measurable results for a range of clients across multiple industries.
We’re looking for someone who loves data, and loves to experiment with new and innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Collaborate closely with creative, copywriting, and SEO teams to build highly targeted and effective multichannel campaigns.
- Use data to continually analyse, test, and improve campaign performance — with a focus on conversions and ROI.
- Research audience insights, competitor strategies, and keyword trends to inform ad planning.
- Build, manage and present performance reports and insights to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and platform changes.
About You
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analytical thinker with a love for problem-solving and data exploration.
- Excellent understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign testing methodologies.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and balancing input from multiple stakeholders.Results-focused and confident in managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.
- A good communicator - We’re a small but growing agency, so good communication with clients and team members is a must.
Bonus Points
- Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), or Looker Studio.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Agency background and experience across a variety of sectors.
