- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt or debris, including floors, windows, and furniture.
- Assist in food preparation areas by maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that cleanliness standards are upheld during food preparation activities.
- Manage cleaning supplies effectively, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
