About the role
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our amazing charity as one of our Pool Supervisors.
The successful candidates will be working as part of a team to supervise all swimming activities for both internal and external users of the pool, ensuring the highest of safety standards are met. You will be required to provide swimming lessons to some of our young people along with organised swimming activities.
You will also assist with routine maintenance checks for both our onsite 25 metre pool and hydrotherapy pool.
About you
NPLQ qualified, you will have experience of working with young people with a range of disabilities and complex needs. You will hold a swimming teaching qualification and have experience of managing the safety requirements of a pool environment.
Working Pattern
The hours of work are 27.5 hours per week, 42 weeks of the year with some college holiday cover and alternative weekend cover.
