Salary: £13.00 per hour

Location: GoalZone, AESSEAL New York Stadium, S60 1FJ

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Pilates sessions tailored to a range of health needs
- Engage participants from disadvantaged backgrounds through inclusive coaching practices
- Promote health messages and wellbeing information during sessions
- Support the recruitment of new participants to health projects
- Maintain up-to-date records including registers, reports, and retention/achievement data
- Assist with the preparation and upkeep of session materials
- Promote RUCT projects across appropriate platforms
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to project development and evaluation
- Collaborate with colleagues across RUCT to share best practice
- Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and quality assurance protocols
- Follow all relevant policies including equal opportunities, data protection, and financial regulations
- Undertake additional duties as required, in line with the role and organisational needs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to speak multiple languages (desirable)

- Confident in using IT systems and software
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering Pilates sessions
- At least 2 years working in the health or wellbeing industry
Qualifications
- Pilates qualification (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- FA Safeguarding, First Aid, and DBS certification (can be completed on appointment)
