Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable team player who is self-motivated and has a strong interest in the pharmacy sector. Previous experience in a pharmacy is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate who is keen to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the pharmacy counter in a helpful and professional manner
- Answer customer queries in person and over the phone
- Learn about pharmacy products, services, and NHS schemes
- Help keep the pharmacy clean, organised, and safe
- Use pharmacy systems to support the team with prescriptions and stock management (training provided)
- Work well with the team and communicate clearly with customers and healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Show a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
