Pharmacy Counter Assistant – Join Our Friendly, Fast-Paced Team
We are looking for a Medicine Counter Assistant to join our modern, independent pharmacy. You’ll work alongside a welcoming team of counter assistants, dispensers, and pharmacists, all committed to providing the very best care for our community.
About the Role
Your day will include:
- Serving customers at the counter using our EPOS till system
- Answering phone enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Assisting customers with their healthcare needs
- Supporting the dispensary team when required
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy working in a busy, high-energy retail environment
- Are comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day
- Have previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment (preferred but not essential)
- Are confident using a till and handling transactions
- Are friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Are motivated to learn and grow within the role
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, in a lively pharmacy where no two days are the same.
