Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience and meet company goals.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions and handling payments accurately.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
- An interest in animals, ideally owning pets or having some experience with animal care or handling is mandator.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
