Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team at The Mutz Nutz Limited. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding service to our customers while assisting them in finding the perfect products for their pets. Your contributions will help enhance our reputation as a premier destination for pet lovers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on pet products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential.
- A genuine passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Organisational skills to manage inventory and visual merchandising.
- Competently operate till system including start and end of day
- Communicate effectively with your Manager with any queries etc.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, punctual and reliable.
- Have a genuine passion for sales and customer service and be able to upsell and meet targets.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
