PA to the Owners – Be Our Office & Errand Hero!
Ben and Nat, the business owners at Payroll Sorted, are on the hunt for a super-organised, go-getting Personal Assistant to make their mornings (and lives!) run smoothly.
- Hours: 9:00am – 12:00pm (3 hours a day, Monday to Friday)
- Location: Our office + errands around town
- Style: Fast-paced, no two days the same
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Kickstart the mornings with coffee (life-saver status guaranteed)
- Organise lunch and snacks.
- Pick up groceries, prescriptions, gifts – basically anything they suddenly realise they need.
- Drop off or collect dry cleaning/laundry.
- Keep our office tidy, manage post, log computer equipment, and handle deliveries.
- Drive and manage cars: petrol, MOTs, car washes, tyre checks, servicing.
- When errands are done or the office is sparkling: muck in and help with other support duties like phone answering or basic inbox management.
You are:
- Reliable, proactive, and super organised
- Friendly, adaptable, and happy to jump in wherever needed
- Trustworthy (you’ll have access to a lot of our life admin!)
- Comfortable driving across town to run errands
