We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Sales Director. This is a varied role where no two days are the same perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, communication, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Director’s diary and schedule meetings.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and property marketing materials.
- Assist with lead follow-up and CRM database updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments.
- Manage confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
- Undertake general administrative duties to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in property or a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
