Here's what you'll be doing

- Managing day-to-day HR operations for UK and ROW such as:
- Onboarding and offboarding in Workday
- Benefit enrollment and setup
- Employee relations support (first-line queries, advising managers, escalating complex issues)
- Promotions, salary adjustments, and other compensation-related activities
- Responding to employee questions and supporting HR transactions
- Collaborating with the CoEs to address BU-specific HR needs and provide feedback to tailor CoE methodologies.
- Supporting implementation of reorganizations, structural changes, and workforce optimisation.
- Proactively promoting and uphold Inizio's values, fostering an inclusive and positive employee experience.
- Supporting the People Solutions Lead on projects that enhance HR practices across Inizio, including enterprise initiatives and BU-level programs.
- Partnering cross-functionally across HR teams and the business to deliver outcomes that drive engagement and performance.
About you
- Experience with HR operations and practices across UK and international regions (experience with European countries such as Italy, France and Spain and Asian markets is highly desirable).
- Knowledge of Workday (or similar HRIS) with hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, promotions, and compensation updates.
- Solid grounding in HR disciplines, including training, organizational design, HR metrics, performance management, and employee relations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Experience coaching employees and managers and supporting employee relations.
- Demonstrated success in HR initiative development and execution.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple processes, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and a working understanding of HR regulations across other regions.
- Self-starter with a consultative, proactive approach and strong project management skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
