Are you ready to lead a high-performing HR support team and make a real impact across the employee lifecycle? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Team Leader to drive excellence in HR administration, onboarding, and first-line support.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the People Admin team to deliver high-quality HR support across the business
- Oversee onboarding, leaver processes, and all HR transactional activities, ensuring accuracy, legal and regulatory compliance
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement development plans
- Ensure all offers, contracts, and employee records are accurate and up to date
- Support People Partners with first-line HR queries, exit interviews, and ad hoc admin tasks
- Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D, and Facilities to ensure a seamless employee experience
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in HR administration and managing the employee lifecycle
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management, confidentiality and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- CIPD Level 3 and proficient IT skills (MS Office suite, HR systems etc.)
