Salary: Up to £26,257.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)
Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Patient Services Advisor to join their team of staff in the enquiry handling department.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Handle inbound NHS enquiries via telephone and email from patients and clinicians, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Use multiple CHG systems to book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Consistently meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
- Record all interactions accurately across multiple CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date and complete patient records.
- Comply with all CHG Policies and Procedures relevant to this role, ensuring awareness of personal responsibilities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements, including safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a KPI-driven environment.
- First-class customer service skills, with a clear, confident, and friendly communication style.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
