As the festive season approaches, Ripple Effect is buzzing with excitement, with our much-anticipated Christmas fundraising and gift catalogue. To ensure we deliver outstanding support and customer service during this busy time, we’re seeking a dynamic Seasonal Fulfilment Assistant to join our team in the centre of Bath.
In this role, you’ll be essential in helping our fundraising efforts run smoothly by processing and dispatching gift orders, updating donations in our database, managing mail, handling phone enquiries, and maintaining accurate supporter records.

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with data entry, computer systems, and databases.
- Experience with the Raiser’s Edge database.
- Experience in retail or customer service, including packaging orders.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 weeks
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
