Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the heart and soul of Archway, ensuring that every patient interaction is delivered with warmth, attention, and care. Your responsibilities will go beyond routine administrative and sales tasks, embodying our commitment to creating a welcoming and nurturing environment for all our patients. Core Responsibilities:

- Greet all patients with a smile, warmth and positivity, making every visit feel special.

- Front of House Maintenance: Keep our waiting area pristine and inviting, ensuring all amenities reflect our dedication to patient comfort and environmental responsibility.

- Administrative Excellence: Manage financial transactions with precision, optimize patient flow through effective diary management, and engage proactively with patients to ensure they feel valued and cared for.

- Patient Membership Management: Maintain accurate records of patient memberships and efficiently manage patient referrals, enhancing our care continuity.

- Target Achievement and Reporting: Meet weekly performance targets, contributing to clinical operations and patient satisfaction, and report on your successes and areas for improvement.

- Social and Environmental Impact: Champion our initiatives for community health and sustainability, ensuring these values are evident to our patients and team.

- Elevating Patient Experience: Develop and refine strategies to deepen patient relationships, collect feedback, and continuously improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

- Experience in customer service, sales or front office management, ideally within a healthcare environment.

- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with a flair for interpersonal communication.

- Professional demeanor and a demonstrated passion for elevating customer experience and patient care.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and patient management software.
