  • Organisation: Maintain accurate patient records, manage appointments, and respond to enquiries professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental practice (Dental Nursing experience is a bonus).

  • Qualifications: GDC registration or prior Treatment Coordinator experience is essential.

  • Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent teamwork, and a genuine passion for patient care.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with procedures like implants, composite bonding, and aligners.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using dental software, scanners, and Microsoft Office.

  • Customer Service: A people person with a flexible, patient-first approach.

What We Offer:

  • Career Progression: Opportunities for training and professional development.

  • Incentives: Bonuses are available on private treatments.

  • Modern Facilities: Work in a fully computerised, up-to-date environment.
