Duties
- Answer incoming calls with empathy and professionalism, making patients feel supported and understood
- Assess patient needs and guide them toward the most appropriate services
- Complete data entry and manage patient records with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with clinicians, admin teams, and patients to ensure smooth, timely coordination
- Confidently discuss and upsell relevant services to enhance patient outcomes
Skills
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-moving, high-demand setting
- A compassionate, patient-first approach in every interaction
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administration is a plus
