Patient Care Coordinator

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental group. This is a brand-new role at our Business Hub, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key part in delivering outstanding service across multiple practices.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and support patients via phone, email, and social media
- Book and manage appointments, treatment plans, and payments
- Keep patient records accurate and secure
- Work closely with colleagues across our practices to ensure smooth patient journeys
- Handle enquiries and initial complaints with professionalism and care
What we’re looking for:
- Previous dental experience (essential)
- Strong admin and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
