We’re looking for a few extra pairs of hands, to do some freelance hours across the months of July to September, to help build patches on our allotment site in Worthing.
You’ll be laying cardboard and spreading compost to form the growing areas — it’s hands-on, outdoors, and satisfying work. We’ll have a digger and telehandler on site to handle the heavy stuff, but it’s still physical work, so come prepared to get stuck in.
Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: £12.50/hr (includes a 30-minute paid lunch break)
Location: Patching Meadows, Roots Allotments Site, Long Furlong, Worthing, BN13 3UT
