Party Host - Watford

We’re looking for energetic, fun-loving and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Party Hosts. You’ll be at the heart of our birthday party experiences, making sure every celebration is stress-free for parents and unforgettable for kids.
Job Purpose
As a Party Host, your role is all about creating magical, memorable celebrations. From welcoming the birthday child and their guests, to leading activities, serving food, and making sure everything runs smoothly — you’ll bring the energy, excitement, and organisation needed to make each party a huge success.
You’ll be a key part of the Flip Out experience by:
- Giving each party group the warmest of welcomes.
- Leading the group safely through their activities with enthusiasm and energy.
- Ensuring food, drinks, and cake are served smoothly and on time.
- Making parents feel relaxed by taking care of all the details.
- Creating a fun, interactive, and celebratory atmosphere from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and manage birthday parties and events, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience.
- Be the point of contact for the party family from arrival to departure.
- Deliver engaging party activities and keep the group entertained.
- Serve food and drinks in line with health & safety and hygiene standards.
- Support with set-up and clear-down of party rooms.
- Communicate clearly and positively with both children and adults.
- Uphold Flip Out safety rules and policies at all times.
- Interact with guests to create a fun, friendly and memorable celebration.

No experience is required — just the right personality and energy. We’ll provide all the training you need!
Experience / Qualifications
- Experience working with children (desirable, but not essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
We are looking for part-time Party Hosts to join us on a zero-hour contract, covering weekdays, evenings and especially weekends (our busiest party times). Shifts typically range from 3–6 hours depending on party bookings.
Rates of Pay & Benefits
16-17 year olds - £7.55 per hour
18-20 year olds - £10.00 per hour
21 year olds + - £12.21 per hour
