Basic salary: £28,453.75 + excellent company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm (as per rota)

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced telesales environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
- Using promotions effectively to meet sales targets
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and increase sales
- Staying up to date on new products, parts updates, recalls, and special offers
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor industry (essential)
- Confident telephone manner and telesales experience
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
- Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
