We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts team in Norwich. You will be selecting parts from the manufacturer’s Electronic Parts Catalogues and issuing these parts to the Technicians within the Workshop to fulfil the requirements of the service or repair. You will also serve customers that come into the branch for any Parts needs.
You will need to be confident and accurate and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. Although previous experience with Parts Catalogues and working in a busy workshop environment is preferable, full training and support will be provided.
We are looking for the following…
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience of working with Vauxhall/PSA products preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Passion and drive for exceeding targets
- Competence in Microsoft packages
