The L&I Eaton story began in Manchester with a single branch in 1953 by Lawrence & Elizabeth Eaton. For over 50 years, L&I Eaton developed a reputation for quality workmanship, before being acquired by Lee Bootle in 1986. We are currently seeking an experienced Parts advisor to join our team at our state of the art Accident Repair Bodyshop in Glasgow, East Kilbride. A minimum of 2 years parts background is required and experience within a Bodyshop or the Motor Trade is preferred but not necessary as all training will be given on site to the successful applicants.
Responsibilities
- Assist Insurance and customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain organised records of parts transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Stay updated on maintenance procedures and product knowledge to provide accurate information.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
