Person Specification – What We’re Looking For
Key responsibilities:
✅ Efficiently managing for parts and supporting the vehicle technician team with necessary components.
✅ Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with external parts suppliers to ensure quality and timely availability of parts.
✅ Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by adhering to company policies and maintaining comprehensive stock purchase records.
✅ Accurately completing all required administrative tasks and promptly.
About you:
✅ Strong understanding of parts ordering processes and stock management.
✅ Prior experience in a similar role.
✅ Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
✅Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with colleagues.
✅ Strong organisational & time management skills
✅ Computer literate
✅ Full UK driving licence
