What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing Parts: Purchasing parts, sundries, paint, and materials for 30 amazing used car brands.
- Building Relationships: Work closely with our trusted supplier partners and internal teams.
- Admin with Purpose: Complete essential paperwork, data entry, and daily computer tasks.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Handle queries from both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Team Player: Collaborate with our Preparation Centre Departments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Product Knowledge: Use your expertise to ensure the right products are purchased and used.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong team player who’s also happy to work independently when needed.
- Someone who can communicate effectively at all levels, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Experience in the motor trade, especially with car parts and accessories.
- Confidence with parts management systems (CDK Drive/Kerridge experience is a bonus).
- A self-starter who can manage tasks within a set timeframe and thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and computer literacy.
