Key responsibilities:
Check in and out hotel guests as required as well as assisting with guest requests in relation to luggage/ porterage
To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained
To be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests, including those who require special attention
Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments in setting up for the next day
To have full understanding of the hotels fire procedure to ensure safety of all guests at all times, to undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotels are safe and looked after
Checks on 3 other properties throughout the Night Shift by cctv
To promote the company values and behaviour at all times
Requirements:
A valid driving licence and car is needed
The ideal candidate will have experience in work in hospitality
The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
a warm, friendly and approachable Personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£13.52 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
