Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Harpenden. In this role, you will manage payroll processes and contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding accountancy services.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and timely for all clients.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ability to communicate with clients and delegate tasks
- Prepare reports and analyses related to payroll data.
- Assist in accounts payable functions as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding payroll inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.
- Essential to have QuickBook, Xero payroll, BrightPay experience
- Experience and knowledge of Nest, People's Pensions and Smart Pension
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
