We are Happy Hounds & Cooler Cats based in Waltham Forest. We are looking for a kind, caring and responsible Dog Walker to work in Walthamstow.
This is a part time role, days required are flexible, however you would need to commit to the same days each week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays are a must)
Please only apply if you have a genuine love for dogs, are fit and healthy, you own a bicycle and you also need to live very local to Waltham Forest.
Responsibilities:
- Walk dogs multiple times a day, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Provide exercise and mental stimulation for dogs during walks
- Follow specific instructions from pet owners regarding their dogs' walking routines
- Clean up after dogs during walks and properly dispose of waste
- Monitor dogs for any signs of distress or illness and report any concerns to the owner
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with dogs is preferred, but not required
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to walk multiple dogs for extended periods of time
