I am looking for a new Part - time supervisor to join my coffee shop.
The role consists of : greeting and serving customers, making coffees and drinks, preparing and plating up food some of which requires cooking and baking (Full English breakfast, pasties etc), tidying and cleaning as well as managing the other full time staff member or weekenders. Must ensure standards of service, food quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times. Being able and willing to take responsibility and pride for the shop is essential. On the job training will be given for all duties.
We are an independent coffee shop in central Bath specialising in great coffee, an excellent bakery menu and friendly service. We also have the benefit of amazing views! This is a small shop and team so there is lots of potential to learn new skills, join a family business and work in a lovely shop!
The successful applicant MUST be available to work SUNDAYS this being the main day cover is needed, the remaining hours will come from working weekday shifts and result in between 25 - 35 hours weekly. This shop is busy and has strong takeaway business so I am looking for someone who can multitask and who is looking for a high energy role where there is always something to do.
Experience in hospitality/Kitchen work and some supervisor experience is desirable but not essential. A positive and hard working attitude is a must!
The hourly rate is £13.70 p/h
