We are currently looking for Part Time Coffee Shop Assistants to join our team in our busy Coffee Shop this summer.
This position is on a fixed term basis due to end on or before 31st August 2025.
Duties will include:
- till operation
- serving customers
- food preparation
- housekeeping including cleaning, table clearing and dish washing
You will be required to:
- To have consistent high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and catering good practice
- Be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable when contacting with customers. All customers should be greeted and offered assistance
- Maintain a neat and tidy personal appearance, including wearing the correct uniform at all times in accordance with Company dress code
- Promote additional sales whenever possible
- Have regard to the health and safety of customers and staff.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards at all times
- Work in both front and back of house including hot plate servery, drinks, tills and dishwash
- Work as part of a team
The successful candidate would also need to be flexible to cover holidays. The expectation for these positions is to be really focused on standards, service and teamwork consistently.
