Duties
- Develop and implement fun engaging activities for the children
- Foster a supportive team environment that promotes respect, and collaboration among participants.
- Organise and oversee activities
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in working with children
- Strong understanding of childcare techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and athlete progress effectively.
