Role Overview: As a Front of House/Bar Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable experience. You will assist with bar duties, serving food and drinks, managing customer queries, and maintaining a clean and organized front of house area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with serving food and beverages to members and guests.
- Handle cash and process payments.
- Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and any daily specials.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience essential
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be 18 or over due to serving alcohol.
