We are seeking a dedicated and experienced House Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our hospitality environment. Duties
- Supervise daily operations within the house, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to health and safety regulations.

- Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation techniques, and food safety regulations.
