We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Optical Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality eye care services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for optics and assisting in the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Duties - Assist optometrists and opticians in conducting eye examinations and vision tests- Support in the selection, fitting, and adjustment of eyewear- Process orders for contact lenses and spectacles- Provide guidance on lens selection based on prescription requirements- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments and managing patient records.
Experience - Previous experience working in an optical setting is advantageous - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients is essential.
