A Fantastic Opportunity for a school leaver to train as an Optical Assistant with our team at Valli Opticians in Birchwood.
The successful candidate will trained and developed to play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our optical practice, ensuring that patients receive exceptional service and care.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in providing high-quality patient care.
- Perform preliminary tests
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the retail area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient enquiries and concerns.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
