Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding patients through the selection of eyewear and lenses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Support laboratory operations, including the preparation and fitting of lenses and frames.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an optical setting or similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and team members.
