We're now looking for an Operations Support Controller to support the GM and site management team and oversee the IFM contract and associated site facilities activity, achievement of H&S KPIs, and auditing sites to confirm legal compliance.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Deliver service-related initiatives
- Regional training plans to be created, monitored and coordinated with Operational Teams
- Oversee H&S compliance, identifying and resolving all gaps
- Coordinate hazard reporting, accident investigations and H&S audits as required
- Check that all records are compliant in accordance with legislation and DHL policy
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Minimum 12 months' experience in warehouse or transport operations
- Minimum12 month of experience in similar role
- Strong administrative skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Proficient in basic IT tools, including Excel
- NIBOSH certification (desirable)
